A Message to Our Customers:

We are currently experiencing longer than normal production lead times due to supply chain issues and staffing shortages. Our current lead time on custom products is ranging between 12 – 16 weeks. This lead time is subject to change without notice. Hunter Douglas orders will take approximately 6-8 weeks; however, product backorders can happen at any time. Our shade repairs are currently between 4-6 weeks. We will let you know as soon as your item is completed and ready for pick-up/installation. If you have any further questions, please inquire to your sales associate. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
